        "rendered": "<pre><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">English translation found below<\/span><\/pre>\n<p>La Parash\u00e1 muestra a Koraj y su s\u00e9quito cuestionando el liderazgo de Mosh\u00e9 y Ahar\u00f3n, argumentando que cualquiera del pueblo es digno de tal posici\u00f3n, pues como dice en sus propias palabras \u201c\u00bfacaso no es toda la congregaci\u00f3n santa?!\u201d, sin embargo, con el desarrollo del conflicto queda evidenciado que el reclamo de Koraj por la igualdad en nombre de todo el pueblo, no es m\u00e1s que un deseo ego\u00edsta de poder para s\u00ed mismo, lleno de soberbia.<\/p>\n<p>Cuenta la Tor\u00e1 acerca de Mosh\u00e9 que era el m\u00e1s humilde de todos los hombres, varias veces rechaz\u00f3 el liderazgo, muchas ocasiones se consider\u00f3 no suficientemente apto, y siempre antepuso los intereses de su pueblo ante la oportunidad de su propia gloria. Su forma de subir es suplantar, desacreditar, crear rebeliones, destruir la paz para triunfar por medio de la divisi\u00f3n. Cu\u00e1ntas veces lo hemos visto: \u201cKoraj\u201d que se levantan por aqu\u00ed y por all\u00e1, enarbolando la bandera de la verdad y la justicia; porque otra cosa que caracteriza a este personaje b\u00edblico es su hermoso discurso, su capacidad de armar palabras que enamoran el o\u00eddo, pero que cuando revisas sus acciones no son m\u00e1s que demagogia.<\/p>\n<p>Todos podemos ser l\u00edderes en nuestro \u00e1mbito de influencia, no todos necesitamos estar a la cabeza, es por eso que cuando se levanta esa voz de Koraj dici\u00e9ndonos: yo soy mejor, merezco ese lugar m\u00e1s que el otro, debo hablar con algunas personas para arreglar esta situaci\u00f3n&#8230; que nuestro Mosh\u00e9 interior responda con humildad: hay muchos mejores que yo, estoy d\u00f3nde debo estar, c\u00f3mo puedo ayudar a mi pr\u00f3jimo a construir mejor su camino y cumplir con su asignaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Shabat Shalom umevoraj<\/p>\n<p>Rab. Dr. Yaakov Rodriguez<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"20\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"20\">The False Leader<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"22\" data-end=\"426\">The parashah presents Korach and his followers challenging the leadership of Moses and Aaron, arguing that anyone among the people is worthy of such a position, for, as Korach himself declares, \u201cIs not the entire congregation holy?\u201d Yet as the conflict unfolds, it becomes clear that Korach\u2019s claim of equality on behalf of the people is nothing more than a selfish desire for power, driven by arrogance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"814\">The Torah tells us that Moses was the humblest of all men. Several times he rejected leadership, often considered himself unfit for the role, and consistently placed the interests of his people above opportunities for his own glory. It is precisely in these qualities that the character of a true leader is found, summarized in what is, ironically, the highest of all virtues: humility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1501\">The anti-leader, by contrast, exploits the frustrations, disappointments, and desires of others in order to advance a personal agenda. Rather than serving others, he makes others serve him, often without their even realizing it. His path to prominence is through replacing others, discrediting them, stirring rebellion, and destroying peace in order to succeed through division. How often have we seen this? \u201cKorachs\u201d arise here and there, waving the banner of truth and justice. Another characteristic of this biblical figure is his beautiful rhetoric, his ability to craft words that delight the ear; yet when one examines his actions, they prove to be nothing more than demagoguery.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1834\">All of us can be leaders within our own sphere of influence; not all of us need to be at the head. Therefore, when that inner voice of Korach arises and tells us: <em data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1791\">I am better; I deserve that position more than the other person; I need to speak to certain people to fix this situation&#8230;<\/em> may our inner Moses respond with humility:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1995\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><em data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1995\" data-is-last-node=\"\">There are many who are better than I am.
